On Saturday, I was at the Raise the Roof National housing demonstration.

On Sunday, I was passing through the leafy ‘residential area’ of some of my rival candidates.(weirdly, many of them seem to live on the same road)

When I say the gafs are HUGE…..that’s an understatement. I don’t have a problem with nice houses, but what it does tell me is that the people who run the country are completely unable to relate to the lived experience of the majority of ordinary working people.

They predictably rule in their own class interests, and the property moguls, financiers, and barristers they grew up with and work with.

If we want to see the overwhelming majority of the population represented, we need to vote these people out.

Let the election on May 24 be a strong message to those guys. Homes for people, not for profit. Power to the people!
